Solo Collective Studio Policies

At Solo Collective, we want every visit to feel intentional, welcoming, and easy. Our policies help us create a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Booking & Reservations

1

All sessions must be reserved in advance through the Solo Collective app.

Your reservation is for the specific date, time, and service selected at booking. Reformer availability is limited, so please only reserve a session you are able to attend.

Please make sure you select the correct session type when booking..

Cancellation & Rescheduling

2

Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 12 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellations made within the cancellation window may result in the loss of the session credit or applicable late-cancellation fee.

No-shows may result in the loss of the session credit and/or applicable fee.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking privileges being restricted.

Late Arrivals

3

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

For your first visit, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and orientation.

For safety reasons, late arrivals will not be permitted for INSTRUCTOR-LED classes.

Self-guided sessions must also end at the scheduled time so the next guest can begin their reservation on time.

Self-Guided Reformer Sessions

4

Self-guided sessions are designed for independent use of the reformer while following an on-screen workout.

Guests are responsible for selecting a workout appropriate for their experience level and physical abilities.

If you are new to reformer Pilates, we strongly recommend completing an introductory or beginner-level session before progressing to more advanced workouts.

Please do not attempt movements or exercises that feel unsafe or beyond your current ability.

Studio Access

5

Your access to Solo Collective is based on your active membership, package, reservation, or other applicable access privileges.

Guests may only enter during their authorized access period.

Do not allow another person to enter using your access credentials or membership.

Sharing access credentials may result in suspension or termination of membership.
